500 gr of minced meat
1 onion minced
1 egg
5 slices of white bread for toast
Olive oil
Dried Spearmint
Dried Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
Milk

Love the way you explain all the process,soaking the bread in milk had never crossed my mind, doing it the old traditional way,that your grandma taught you,great!, that’s what I do When I cook Mexican plates that were shown to me and my sister by mom and grandma, even if it takes more time and effort,I’m sure the results are delicious,thanks for all you do Julia, you’re amazing ❤️
