➀ Serves: 3-4

➀ Ingredients:
β€’ Around 450 grams or 4 medium – Beetroot – peeled and cut in half
β€’ 15 Large – Garlic cloves – peeled
β€’ 1 TBSP + 2 TBSP – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
β€’ 1 Pinch + ΒΌ tsp – Salt
β€’ 1 Pinch + ΒΌ tsp – Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) – crushed
β€’ 3 TBSP – Walnuts (Akharot) – roughly chopped
β€’ 2 TBSP – Almonds (Badam) – cut in half
β€’ 1Β½ TBSP – Balsamic Vinegar
β€’ 1 TBSP – Honey (Shahad)
β€’ Β½ tsp – Oregano
β€’ 60 grams – Wild Rocket / Arugula
β€’ 100 grams – Feta Cheese – crumbled

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
