Ingredients
Cannoli Dip
8 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese , drained and dried*
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

Beat the cream cheese for 2-3 minutes until smooth, then add the ricotta and cream for another 2 minutes.
Add the almond extract, cinnamon and orange zest, combining again. Lastly, add the powdered sugar, starting at a low speed, until combined. Do not over mix.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

  1. That looks amazing!! I need to make this like yesterday cannolis seem so intense to make but a dip would be a lot less intimidating for the classic cannoli taste.
