I am having one of those ravenously hungry days despite eating a lot of protein and fibre, so when I got home I threw together 3/4 bag of cauliflower rice (cooked in a pan just with water), leftover lentil pasta, a couple slices of tomato I had to use up, and a bit of buttery spread and cheese. Weird af but pretty good and reasonably filling for 300 cals.
