Great video, thanks Kenji. One question I have after watching is can I cook the turkey the night before and then reheat in a hot oven prior to serving? The reason is I’ve been asked to cook the turkey, but we are travelling to my parents house for dinner so cooking in advance would suit better. Thanks!
