
Butternut squash hummus recipe. Easy and tasty. Ingredients: 1 cup of roasted butternut squash or pumpkin, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 Tbs lemon juice, 1 can of chickpeas, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, third of a cup of tahini, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and smoked paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

This sounds delicious. I love pumpkin but usually just fry it or make soup. I also love hummus but unfortunately chickpeas don’t agree with me. This is something I’d never thought of making, thanks for posting.
