Dinner was 4 medium grade A boiled eggs but I feel as if I ate way more than this, and today is my cheat day, ofc while staying within the 1,500 calorie range and the quick added calories is basically me adding 1 slice of sweet plantain… One roll and 4 eggs is not enough to keep me this full ok regular days… Is this normal? It didn’t happen in my past experiences, I usually crave around 1k more calories…
