If you are looking for a recipe for tasty and quick and easy-to-prepare snacks, choose tortilla roll ups. With just a few extras – egg, chives, radish etc – that you find in the fridge, you will surely surprise your guests and ask for a recipe!

Lavash is a type of bread resembling a very popular flatbread in the past, but also a Mexican tortilla, Turkish lahmacun, Norwegian Flatbrød or English flatbread, Indian chapati or naan. What do all these types of bread have in common? They are thin, uneven cakes, usually consisting of several ingredients – in fact, for some you only need flour and water. Lavash is in the form of rectangular, large-sized sheets that are an addition to virtually any Armenian meal. They consist of vegetables, cheese and, of course, meat. I prepared quick roulades with lavash in three versions: with spinach, smoked salmon, and avocado.
