Where were the fries and the tofu pudding from?

What did you think of Shinn East? I’ve never done a proper omakase and was considering that as my first

My parents bring back the roast pork buns from Mei Lai Wah every now and then. The roast pork filling is second to none IMO – juicy and extremely flavorful. The best way to reheat is as follows:
1. Turn on oven or toaster oven to 325-350F 2. Microwave the bun for just long enough to warm up the pork a bit, around 15-25 seconds. Don’t overcook it at this stage. 3. After microwaving, put bun into oven on an oven-safe tray. Heat until the outside turns crispy.
The end result? Warm and gooey roast pork on the inside, nice crispy pork bun on the outside. The eggwashed bun is made for crisping up in the oven.
