
My friend had me try this Armenian cheese and I told them I liked it very much. To my surprise the next time they went to the market they bought me some but they bought an entire tub of it for me. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on ways to consume all this cheese. It’s very salty so I have just been snacking on it alone in very small portions but would love to have it other ways.

It’s great chopped up into cheese boreg (very easy, dry the cheese first), with eggs, with cherry preserves, or you can try heating up a saute pan and “grilling” it.
