This was super-fun to prepare! (Full disclosure: I enjoy cooking.) The taste was spot on! I realized, with this meal, much of the best flavor is in the sauce; this sauce was one of the best: rosemary, fig jam, chicken stock, and … wait for it … BUTTER! 🙂
