The Yellowbird Plum Reaper is by far my favorite. It has such a rich savory depth of flavor to it and the heat is perfect for dousing everything for me. Just enough to warm my head and chest up but not enough to make me stop eating. The El Yucateco tastes absolutely classic as a Texican. The Secret Aardvark is definitely tasty, sweet and acidic, but I find it lacking heat and it isn’t nearly as interesting as the Yellowbird offerings are to me. I’m very open to more suggestions, especially sauces that bring the heat.

Was just opening this up to query the plum reaper sauce, never seen it before (not available in the UK as far as I’m aware), sounds fantastic!
xxxtra hot is amazing too, never had any of the others yet.
