Didn’t realize I had a whole slew of Serrano peppers ready to pick! Heading out of town, so knew I needed to make some quick salsa!
Sometimes if I have extra tomatoes, I core them and freeze whole. When u defrost the skins slip right off-use for things like salsa🤣
I roasted my jalapeños and peeled, but not my Serrano.
Chopped tomatoes, peppers, garlic, cilantro, oregano, salt, and cumin. Add in apple cider vinegar and simmer down.

It only made 4 jars, but I am hosting a 100th birthday party January 1st and we will serve breakfast burritos so this will be plenty!!
