Everything working perfectly fine except the spot to cancel my subscription. This company may as well be a scam, shitty business practices.

I had to cancel by going to the web version rather than using their app. Hopefully that will work for you too!

You’ve never been able to cancel via the app. You have to use the website. I don’t know why, I didn’t design it. A quick search would have told you this. It’s not a scam, it’s just bas UI design. However, lots of companies do this, so whatever.
