These are not bad at all but I am used to eating shitty low calorie food. I counted 75 calories for the egg whites, 45 for yogurt, 6 for cashew milk, plus a spritz of Pam in the pan which I then wiped off before cooking. Please note this is oat FIBER (not oat bran), which is zero calories because humans can’t digest it (basically sawdust haha). These are pretty good though! I topped them with 5 calorie sugar free fake maple syrup. Have also use sugar free marmalade or erythritol powdered fake sugar.
