Sad how awful a competition steak looks and tastes compared to a good pan seared steak. No Maliard reaction = no texture and so much less flavor.

I knew it was gonna be a solid steak as soon as i saw the cracked beer, every man on the grill needs a refreshment while grilling or else all is lost. Looks killer
