I actually have my own recipe for chicken tenders that I've been using for years. But this looks really good. Can you put them in the oven to bake instead of frying?

I’m half Lebanese. We always put some cinnamon and other warm spices on our roasted chicken, especially when we are serving it with rice pilaf. Our rice pilaf is the original rice-a-roni, without all the added sodium. It’s just broken angel hair or vermicelli pasta toasted in a pan until very golden brown and stirred into rice. You can toast the pasta with or without butter. The pilaf is great with sautéed steak tips too. I add the toasted angel hair pasta to my rice and cook it in a rice cooker…it comes out fine. Top the rice pilaf with some butter and sea salt. My Lebanese grandmother would always serve rice pilaf with roasted chicken. My polish husband loves this simple pilaf just as much as mashed potatoes.
