Monday I was told Thanksgiving was at my house, going to do it today, and the guest of honor was gluten free.
I flipped right to the website and was able to pick out dishes to make. I watched the videos for once and really appreciated the science behind the techniques. It makes so much more sense to me when I know chemically what is going on.
So cooking today was very fun, easy, and I killed it. I even was able to whip up easy beef roast stew when car trouble meant the turkey breast was no longer going arrive to be roasted on time.
