Prime rib roast with the red wine jus, hasselback potato gratin, haricot verts amandine, sous vide glazed carrots! My house smells so good already.

Kenji’s sage sausage stuffing and Stella’s squash pie.
Edit: Pie’s already made, of course. This year my daughter and I did two identical pies, one with butternut squash and one with a pie pumpkin, so we could compare. Butternut squash blows the pumpkin pie away.

I’m doing Kenjis herb mayo dry brined turkey!

We’re having a small immediate family Thanksgiving this year and I’m finally getting to making Kenji’s hasselback potatoes. Also going to sous vide a ham. The other week my husband did sous vide turkey breasts for his work pot luck, delicious stuff.

Spatchcock and gravy, classic Sage stuffing and green bean casserole

Sous vide brisket. I much prefer a roasted chicken to turkey.

I don’t like to do much the day of, so I went with Kenji’s Make-Ahead Roasted Squash and Kale Salad With Spiced Nuts, Cranberries, and Maple.
The vinaigrette alone in this recipe is A+

Spatchcocked turkey with gravy and while we are using boxed stuffing we are following his instructions for making it in the crock pot
Well, the recipe I made yesterday was the tacos Árabes recipe from Daniel Gritzer, based on Kenji’s Al Pastor recipe. It was amazing.
Today, we are staying Mexican with molé poblano, but I’m doing the SE spatchcocked turkey to go with it…
Most years I’m with u/airpope2 in doing all the dishes from SE recipes.

Sage stuffing and making 2 turkeys: herb mayo spatchcocked and SV turchetta. Trying to decide if the extra set of legs will get the traditional roast or the red wine braise.
Full disclosure: this is not for today (Thursday) but for Saturday
pyrogirl
Bravetart pie crust!
And I’ll probably make stuffing this weekend because I don’t think I’ll get to take leftovers home and I love fried leftover stuffing cakes with eggs for breakfast.

I’m make the (mostly unchanged) Peruvian roast chicken with spicy green sauce. Looking forward to throwing it on the grill shortly!

The Classic Sage and Sausage Stuffing made with homemade sage/thyme/onion Pain de Mie (the basic KAF recipe with stuffing herbs added) Turkey was dry brined in a Kenji-like way.
The lamb is also served with some Holiday Jam that my wife made a couple years ago, but I have no idea what the recipe is (from some book of jams). It’s mainly cranberry but with other stuff.

Prime rib roast
Cheesy broccoli casserole
Everything…any recipe I look up I add “kenji” at the end.
Kenjis crispy potatoes and dry brined, spatchcocked turkey. There is no other way!
Also a modified version of sausage/sage dressing
Spatchcock, gravy, fluffy taters, roasted carrot technique
