Overrated. Too salty. A meme restaurant.

This is quite literally stealing-land-from-native-americans level of robbery, in terms of sheer pricing and what’s being offered. Just take the NJ transit northeast corridor train, get off at metro park station and walk to oak tree road.
Signed, a fellow indian.

They added a few nice options it seems compared to the old spot such as bowls and stuff. Good to see something else that’s new in that area as it’s partially a culinary desert. I personally like their level 3 a lot.

Their chicken sandwich is to die for. I can only manage the lowest level of heat though.

Interesting that they don’t offer the spice levels that the East Village location has… taming it down for the Midtown crowd?
Breakage-
It’s overrated. Way too much masala and salt. I’ve also been to three restaurants in the restaurant group and they are all overrated with the exception of Semma which is genuinely good.
Making food extra spicy to make white people think it’s “authentic” is basically their marketing strategy.

I found Namkeen in Williamsburg to be really good as well
