There is nothing anyone could do to make that appetizing. I think I’ve had food like that before. There is no way to call it pizza. I can almost taste the undercooked bread, cold ketchup sauce and unmelted cheese substance.
It’s in a pizza slice shaped box, so it’s by default not-pizza. The only thing that could be said is that it’s edible. Not that one would want to eat it, but you could.
