Moved away so just us (me, wife and 6yo son) for thanksgiving. A new tradition we started a few years ago: Italian hoagies for dinner. I made the bread last night and it’s provolone, capicola, Genoa salami, and mortadella. Lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion, and a lemon/garlic aioli I made this morning. Gotta be thankful for new traditions.
