We like to do fusion for Thanksgiving, and samgyetang is a great vehicle for it. Sides of sweet potato casserole, corn muffins, homemade kimchi and oi muchim. Most American style sides are so sweet, even cutting sugar down it’s so nice to balance with banchan.
