Splurged on a Joyce Farms turkey this year and I’ll never go back. Absolutely delicious. Kenji’s easy turkey per the cookbook (same as on Serious Eats). Only mild complaint was gravy was too thin for my taste so just reduced it a good bit more. 10/10.

Nice! I was cooking for gluten free people this year and so used cornstarch in my gravy. My gravy has always been thin until this year — highly recommend cornstarch to thicken things up.
