    I think this place is interesting because it’s like a halfway point between Cantonese food and Americanized Chinese food. It’s what I imagine Chinese food in New York to have been like in the 1930s.

    We’ve been going there for decades and have never been disappointed. There was an interesting story a year or two back on how they held on to all their employees during the COVID, despite its appearance WoHop downstairs is a class operation.
