Is 3Fish swimming crab safe to eat raw?
I wanted to make yangnyeom-gejang and had bought this brand from a Korean grocery store, but realized there was no indication that it was flash frozen or okay to eat raw. Anyone have experience with this brand or know if it safe with this?

There’s no brand that I’ve seen that advertises itself as safe to eat raw, the assumption is that it’s generally safe. There’s no way to determine if this brand is any more or less safe than others. The vast majority of gejang, especially yangnyeom is made with frozen crab, I would assume this is fine to use for that.
