Thanksgiving Day brisket

    Brisket from Snake River farms. Cooked for 13 hrs at 250. Wrapped at 185 and pulled at 205. I held it in a warmer for 14 hrs after before serving.

    The rub was good. I’ve used Heath riles as well as Malcolm reeds. Kosmos just happened to be in rotation . They’re all good in my opinion
