Hello Folks!
I hope I find you all well. So tonight for tea we had this amazing pasta bake. This is a TikTok viral sensation apparently πŸ™‚ I don’t do TikTok…but a few of you had reached out letting me know how easy and delicious it was! So naturally I had to give it a go πŸ™‚ and it is indeed, very tasty! I also think this would be great with chicken added πŸ™‚

Everything I used will be below.

What I used – Serves 4 generously

350g | 12oz Pasta – I used Gigli, but any pasta will work.

Around 30 baby tomatoes | I used a mix of cherry and baby plum
1/2 Of a red onion – Diced or sliced
1 bulb of garlic or 6-8 cloves | Use less if you prefer
1/2 Tablespoon Italian seasoning | Use chilli flakes as an alternative
A splash of olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Packs of Boursin soft cheese | Use one if you want the sauce less creamy
A few torn basil leaves
** Optional – A handful of grated parmesan to serve πŸ™‚ **

  2. Nice Mac n cheese, I am sharing a holiday recipe with you, pralines! Preheat oven 250 farenheight, mix one egg white, one Tbsp water, one tsp vanilla mix then toss in 15 to 16 oz nuts ( I prefer pecans) coat nuts with egg mix. One cup each brown sugar, white and 1 &1/2 Tbsp cinnamon mix then toss in nuts coat nuts place in large baking pan put in oven bake one hour mixing every 15 min , cool serve yumm

  3. Just beginning to watch this video and I wanted to say that a fav treat is to use sourdough sliced bread soread with Boursin on each side inside and thin fresh slices of tomato to make a decadent grilled cheese sandwich!!! Love Boursin.

  11. That does look good. Very simple but vety tasty i bet. Im definitely going to try this 1. I love any garlic/ herb cheesse but the borsin is like a bit moussey & light texture so i do want to.use that. Thats really gone up in price tho, mind u what hasnt !! But it used to be bout Β£1.50 didnt it, its Β£3 now.
