Making the Pork Chili Verde and I have nearly five cups of fluid left after blending the salsa verde. I can’t add it to the salsa because it’d be too runny. What do you guys do with all this extra liquid?

I eat it. It’s delicious.
Freeze it and use it in posole.
I would try tortilla soup or pressure cooking beans in the liquid.
Posole or tamales.
Literally made this last week and froze it. Will probably end up making more pork it use it with.
Fry up some tortillas and use it to make chilaquiles
Beans!! Just soak overnight and then cook until soft in the liquid (or use your instant pot), seasoning to taste (maybe throw in some bay leaves and onion, up to you.) If the liquid is too thick you can add water.
Put it on eggs in various forms. Sauce over fried egg on rice is the go to. Cook eggs inside it shakshuka style. Heat it up in a bowl and eat with tortilla chips.
I just add some water and/or broth and eat it like soup with tortillas
I eat this more like a stew. I keep the liquid. I also like to add a can of hominy to make it into a pozole.
