  1. Love your channel! Growing up in New England a lot of your recipes are things I grew up eating via my italian grandma. I can't wait to try this one! My favorite way to cook stuffed clams is offset on the grill with some hardwood smoke hitting 'em. Game changer for a summer smokey meal when I want to change it up from dogs and burgs. Also as a videographer, I want to suggest some key lights off to the sides, since super cheap rechargable LED's are available now, I think it'd make you pop off the screen a bit more and separate the background. Just a suggestion, but your channel is fire either way! Thank you and please keep it up!
