  1. To me Jamie is the people's cook he makes everything so simple even for us lesser cooks to do good meals with a Great down to earth personality too, Jamie you are cooking never stops to amaze me, thanks once again

  2. Sorry Jamie, I normally love your recipes, but this just looks soooo bland! Who makes Kofta without spices?? The only real flavour in the whole thing is the mint. But even that sauce could have been better. It’s so easy with whip up some garlic tahini sauce, or even tzatziki. Even the toppings could be better with some tomato, cucumber, maybe some chili. This seems like a great base recipe, but needs a lot of work.

  3. Looks amazing, and delicious😊! I'm liking the pickle onion.
Our Cyprus keftethes, have grated potato and onion, for the moisture, parsley and mixed spice for the middle eastern flavour.

  4. This recipe is truly🤤😋 Can't wait to try this out next week. Absolutely ❤❤❤ Jamie's recipes and his vibe!

  5. Somehow I get a written commentary of what he says, and that sadly covers what he is actually preparing. Wonder why this happens, because it doesn't happen in other cooking videos

  6. I'm sorry of mentioning but I'll write it. How much ever you put fodder in front of a pig, it turns again and eats excrement. Meanwhile pork has a lot of germs. And your brain is also full of them. Never eat, just use it for brush of hairs and shoes, bag of skin and fodder to zoo animals or pets of meat. For you! 💜

  7. Ok, you have done it again… I am drooling. This is a definite do! Love your recipes. Thanks.

  8. I love you Jamie! Haven't seen your vids in ages!? (YT algorithms?) Wow you never fail to deliver- on so many levels. Visual+ Ease+ Great Recipes+ Healthy+
