This was a nice, very relaxed atmosphere for someone like myself.

The meal consisted of: Pear & Walnut salad for a starter. Main plate of Turkey (like half a pound!), mashed potatoes, stuffing, carrots, and brussels sprouts. And finally a desert of Pumpkin Pie.

Only wish they put a little seasoning on it cause it was missing some salt. And I’m sure some will balk at the price and normally I wouldn’t blame ya. But it’s Thanksgiving and I wanted to splurge a bit for a good meal for a change being single in LA.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you lovely people!

Man it looks pretty solid but Idk how I can justify that plate of food for $46, particularly when I got a 3-4 person meal out of the $36 Thanksgiving meal kit I got from costco

Perfect spot for a comforting Thanksgiving meal. I don’t mind paying prices like that when people are working on Thanksgiving. 🦃

I was there as well and loved it. They also had a small menu to go along with thanksgiving and I went with Beef Wellington instead of the fixed menu.

My family had dinner at Lawry’s Prime Rib and Steve Urkle sat at the table next to us.

Would gladly pay that price if it went to the staff working on a holiday.

  8. Where is this incarnation of Cat & Fiddle? I haven’t been since they were on Sunset across from the Old Hollywood Athletic Club.

Wait, The Cat and Fiddle still exists? Where??

One of my all time favorite spots in LA. Went to the original location (just learned, it’s second location!) when I lived there in the 90s… assumed it was long gone since I’d passed by the former spot numerous times only to find out it just moved a bit!!!

Many happy hours and meals there, and went to the “new” location this past march for my 50th, before heading to my other old time fav, Three Clubs.
