Who has the best LAMB???

Where can I go to get the closest thing to this.

This is a Turkish Chef. However, The closest I have seen is in Yemen food in NYC.

That fall off the bone lamb and meats. Beautiful.

Food trucks, street food, restaurant, hole in the wall, ya mom’s house, ya auntie’s kitchen, anywhere is welcome.
