Fish sauce and soy sauce are pretty rare in American hot sauces.

I have a friend in the Philippines that swears by the fish sauce and wants me to incorporate into some of my recipes. I’ve been a little gun shy, but now that I see other people do it, I’m almost ready to take the plunge.
