We’re back with another what I eat in a week…. this time showing you everything I ate and how I lived my life and took care of myself in the week leading up to my period! I challenged myself to eat almost only home cooked food for a whole week to reset my body and nourish myself and it resulted in quite a lot of yummy meals 🙂

  3. Delicious recipes again! But girl….have you ever seen how tilapia are farmed? They can barely move and are fed so much antibiotics it’s disgusting. Defeats the purpose of eating wild or organic.

  5. i OFTEN majorly crave lots and lots of sweets and rice & yogurt and sweets (i try to just do minimal added sugars but i end up using lots of stevia in my foods) and i do NOT want veggies when i am a week prior to my period. lol is this bad? would love to hear your thoughts/tips!

  8. Hi Carolina, love the extra long content 🎉 Curious, do you ever check your bloodwork for cholesterol levels? I worked hard to eat better and my levels were still borderline high…I don't workout as much as you so that's probably a big factor lol 😂. Have a happy Thanksgiving!
