It’s the perfect way to achieve that irresistible crunch without the extra oil, yet it’s still an incredibly satisfying treat – crispy on the outside, while maintaining the rich, gooey goodness inside. When cooking my arancini, I preheated my air fryer and then cooked them for 12 minutes at 400 F, I waited to spray them with olive oil AFTER the first 2-3minutes of cooking.
