I’m just having a coffee, but wow! Condiments really make a difference in turning a fairly plain meal into something way more tastier.
Excuse the filled to the brim. I started with 2 chopped chicken thighs covered with boiled water initially. Then, dumped in a can of Campbell’s chicken soup soon after.
The courgettes are in season here and huge (this one was 500g). So only added ⅓ diced fine. Poured in the liquid from a tin of beetroot, which itself I’ve seperately put into a container for a later meal.
Added ground up scotch fillet steak I had earlier grilled. Stirred in with 2 cloves of crushed garlic.
Herbs & Spices used –
Smoked paprika and sesame seeds mostly. Celery seeds, poppy seeds, rosemary, and basil. Served topped with Swiss grated cheese, Caesar dressing, and sweet chilli sauce. Ground peppercorns, more basil. Bread is Swiss soya linseed made by Freya’s.
