We’re making them tonight, yours look great! How was the spice level? I’m always nervous because I like a little spice but I’m generally wimpy and don’t use it on my meal because I’m not sure.

I got lazy and also didn’t realize it had sour cream so I skipped all the breading and just used the spice. But Hello Fresh gave me 2 packets of fry seasoning and not the Cajun seasoning. So mine were good but not sure I got the right experience.
