Love your Mediterranean diet tip too did good
Thank you for the breakdown, Zoe. It makes perfect sense to combine both diets. Double thanks for the tips and recipes!! Have a great day
Good stuff!
Plz mention your portion sizes…bc it would help those of us looking to lose or sustain. Plus I’m close to your size. From your other video on what you eat, your portions were very small. Roughly totaling under 1200 calories. Am I wrong? that’s even under the 500 calorie deficit to lose—and no way sustainable for me😞 (TDEE for height/weight)
That being said, the meals look very healthy and delicious! Thx!
This was incredibly helpful. I appreciate your mention of combating insulin resistance. I have never thought I could do keto because of all the excess grease and sugar alcohol in everything. I don't know why I didn't break it down in this way myself. Thanks for putting this out there!
You have great presentation skills, I could listen to you for hours! This was very helpful, thank you! ❤
This is AMAZING! Can you share how you make your salmon? Ive never liked it but im probably cooking it wrong
Thank you! 🙂
This was so helpful and all the meals sound delicious! So would you snack and have dessert most days? And how much exercise do you do weekly please? ❤ Thanks again 😊
Thank you so much for all your work to put this video out. I really enjoyed it. ❤
Thank you so much Zoe, this was incredibly helpful and I LOVE the meal plan!!! So easy and basic which is what we need. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!
I don't know why I had a light bulb moment in that last video when you named your diet…but this is truly what I've been looking for! Tried keto and lost weight, but found it gross having to eat all the fatty bacon, etc. then I also tried Mediterranean, but the food was so different from my regular food that it was too hard to try all the new things so fast. So what you do is perfectly sensible! I really appreciate the information and transparency, it's so easy to get addicted to carbs and then have them take over your life and health. It gets to where one is too discouraged to try, but I've been trying for three days (since I found your other video) and I immediately felt better and not exhausted and full of energy and also skipped naps for the three days. I didn't realize it was my diet (no kidding!)
Thank you!!!!
Very helpful thank you!
All these recipes sound fabulous‼️😋🤤😊👍😊👍
