  1. Raspberry Protein Oats (235c/14p): oats, soy milk, liquid egg whites, raspberries, and some ezekiel golden flax cereal.

    Cracker Snack (340c/32p): a cup of cottage cheese, eaten with sourdough Wasa crackers.

    Avocado Toast (245c/9p): avocado mashed on a perfectly toasted slice of ezekiel bread, topped with chipotle hot sauce, roasted pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds.

    Beans alla vodka (515c/42p): Heyday Canning’s “Tomato alla Vodka Cannellini Beans” with seitan crumbles, Fiber Gourmet rotini, fresh spinach, and air fried broccoli, all covered in grated parmesan cheese.

    Dessert! (180c/21p): peppermint bark Quest bar. First time having this flavor, it was so delicious!
