Super-talented chef, Hayleigh (@hayls.journey) shows you how to make these tasty Kofta burgers with 100% Irish lamb. They’re healthy, really easy-to-prepare, and so, so delicious.

🌶️ Begin with grilling pepper quarters until they acquire a rich, charred flavour.
🥣 Combine the cucumber with yoghurt, cumin and lemon juice for the sauce.
🍔 For the burger preparation, sauté onions and garlic, then mix them with the lamb mince and a blend of herbs, cumin and cinnamon.
🔥 Shape them into juicy, 2cm-thick lamb kofta burgers, and fire up the grill!
Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are perfectly charred.
💡 But here’s the secret touch – generously spread yoghurt dressing on toasted burger buns for an extraordinary burst of flavour! 🌟
