    Recipe –

    Canned pumpkin soup

    ½ tin of sauerkraut

    Can of beetroot chopped fine

    Fenugreek seeds 3tb soaked overnight and crushed

    Topped up with a ⅓ cup water in 1.5 litre slow cooker for 60 minutes on high

    Cubed avocado and 100g of salami
