  1. Quang Tran taught me to make pho and ban bo hue from scratch, and introduced me to Trinidadian doubles, which is one of the best ways to enjoy chickpeas in my opinion. Thereโ€™s always recipe gems in his content, so itโ€™s nice to see my version of spaghetti and meatballs is quite similar to his. Enjoy!

  2. Looks good! My family is from Italy, only thing different is, we put the tomato paste after garlic and onions have sautรฉed for a bit to cook out the โ€œ raw โ€œ taste of the paste. And the meatballs go right into the sauce to cook. We donโ€™t pre fry them but then hey do how you like. The spaghetti and meatball police arenโ€™t out lol
