

how do i get my buttercream frosting creamier/smoother in order to make lines like this on cookies? the “2’s” were my attempt, the reindeer is an example of what i want to achieve (although i’ve been informed that was most likely done with thicker royal icing, i know you can do that with buttercream).
when i attempted to frost the 2’s my frosting was SO hard to pipe and my hands literally shook as i was trying to pipe it.
how do i fix that or what can i do with my frosting to be easier to pipe in small lines like those shown in the reindeer??
