I always thought it sounds so much better in French than in German. Choucroute vs Sauerkraut. But both is absolutely delicious 😀

I’m not sure what all of that is, but it looks really good to me. I’m American, German ancestry, so this looks similar to food my family would eat growing up. I hated it as a kid, but love it now.
