  1. These are mouth watering!!! The chantilly is great BUT BETTER with another ciabatta bread recipe and spinach pesto with anchovies added. Can you come up with a better spinach pesto????

  2. "Frittatas should be higher on the list of breakfast foods"…. Followed up by half a dozen times saying it is mainly served for "groups"…. I think I know why it isn't higher on the list lol Most people don't want to make it because it is likely best eaten right away and not easily the same for a single person.

  3. I’m a Sheetmetal/hvac guy by trade. I have tools, lots of tools… what fuel/“blow torch” are you using in the kitchen..? Propane, map gas(those don’t seem right..?) butane? Oxygen/acetylene..?😂

  4. MAPP gas is perfectly fine for this technique. Mapp gas burns at a higher temperature, and doesn’t impart any flavor onto the food.
    Have at it tool people!!

  5. my dad doesn't like breakfast sandwiches :/ he is more of a "colombian breakfast only" kind of guy. I mean, I know we are colombian but YOU'VE GOT TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS SOMETIME!!

  6. 👏🏻👏🏻 I try it today and it was fantastic it didn’t burn also I add potatoes and carrots .

  7. Cultural appropriation much? I don’t know which is the most annoying about this guy…His appropriation (“thang”) or his BS about this being the easiest breakfast. Or his lack of taste/talent – I can’t

  8. Can we make this with out burning the f**k out of the top and bottom of the frittata. Burnt egg is one of the most disgusting flavors IMO next to cilantro and hot soggy lettuce.

  9. Oh how did you do that heavy cream in such beautiful paste, every time I do this it dissolves…🥲

  10. That's for showing this great and easy video. Frittata's are awesome. Mom used to make them with all the leftovers we had in the house and now do the same. I would also mix in about 1/2 cup for Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

  11. Im aware this was made 2 years ago but incase you still read new comments have you heard of chef jean pierre? He also made a frittata video on the “perfect” frittata and there’s definitely some techniques you could use in your frittata

  12. What type of pans do people use for this? I thought non-stick/teflon wasn't very oven safe, but won't eggs stick to a lot of the other options?
