Ingredients.
1/3 cup olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
100g of filleted mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic. crushed
1 1/2 cups of spinach bb. washed
2 pints of fresh oregano
250g feta cheese
300 grams of pasta. her favorite
6 to 8 fresh basil leaves
Preparation.
I put enough water to boil with 1 teaspoon of salt
Add the filleted mushrooms, garlic, oregano, tomatoes, spinach, a pinch of salt and pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
I mix well
I make a space in the middle and add the crumbled feta cheese, and put a little olive oil and a pinch of oregano on top
I take it to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 150g
I check my pasta. I want it a little softer than al dente
remove the casserole from the oven. I mix everything well and add my pasta.
I add the fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
