Gordon Ramsey is one obnoxious, overpaid puke who loves to hear himself yell and belittle folks. These so called crap cakes prove he is without honor.
My crab cake recipe uses an egg and crushed crackers for a binder. It also uses old bay, mayonnaise, and worcestershire sauce. Amazing. Also I use lump crab meat from the Choptank river in Maryland.

Not on you i see it on the package. I like crab way back 30 years ago in the navy, youre a brave fellow.
Of course you had to bring up the blue crab. How are you supposed to watch a football game while trying to pick out all the little bits of crab meat? I understand why a small can costs so much.
