RECIPE:
Cherry Cheesecake Dump Cake
Ingredients:
2- 15oz cans of cherry pie filling
8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 box white cake mix
1/2 to 1 cup butter, thinly sliced

Directions:
1. Spread both cans of cherry pie filling in the bottom of a 9×13″ casserole dish. Set aside.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until creamy. Dot the cream cheese mixture on top of the pie filling and spread evenly.
3. Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
4. Dot the entire top with slices of butter.
5. Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.

  2. That looks delicious, only thing I would add to this would be when making the cream cheese filling. Zest one lemon, with the juice of half the lemon, into the cream cheese filling and blend. Canned cherries can be bland, the lemon would make them pop!!!!!

  3. My grandaughter always requests my white cake cherry cheese cake every year for her birthday.. perhaps she will like this recipe too..
    Make a white cake per box instructions. Let cool completely. Spread the cream cheese mixture over top of cake (made per box instructions) spread cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture..
    Then sprinkle Graham cracker mixture on top of cherry pie filling..❤
