I even got to meet Andrea the painter during our visit in June and give him a photograph I had taken of him a few years earlier. Not sure if avail in Italy (prob England) but live starter bacteria in most health food stores or online. Sold like baking yeast. They often incl a wider spectrum of good ‘bugs’. Then use your own yogurt as starter. Like keeping you’re own sourdough bread starter. 😊

I just realized I have watched this video as a rerun before. Twice, even. I guess I must have loved it. I am nuts I guess.
A million thanks to this inspiring video where you taught me how to make yogurt. I never would have guessed it’s so simple. The result is the best yogurt I’ve ever had. Since your video I’ve been making yogurt weekly. What I do differently is I now use the 10% cream instead of milk. I tried them all. 3.25 % milk, mix of milk and 35% cream, in different proportions but I ended up with the best one that is the one from 10% cream. Many, many, many thanks. I might never buy yogurt from the store again.
